Smoked for 8 hours and then wrapped in butcher paper to create a unique textured crust. Served in a combination of lean, yet juicy and marbled, melt-in-your-mouth slices

Comes with our Smokin’ Signature Sauce.

    Repeat customer again to share the heavenly meat (from a non-meat lover perspectively) with my colleagues! They are all wowed by the smoky, tender beef brisket with just the right amount of fats that melts In the mouth! Highly recommended! And it comes nicely warmed when food was delivered!

    The wood fire brings out the great natural taste to the wagyu brisket. Full of flavour, moist and the signature sauce complements it very well.

    Very good brisket. Soft/tender and very flavourful. 2nd dish to be cleared by the table of hungry guests :)

    Really juicy and tender beef brisket that melts in your mouth. well smoked, love the combination of the wood smoke and meat. 10/10

    Tried the beef brisket and it's now my lastest favourite among all the smoked meat! Tender, juicy, well smoked and taste heavenly despite the charred appearance. Tks for the reccomandations and delivery the meat when it's just out of the stove!

    Best brisket I've had in a long time; the meat was juicy and flavourful. Perfect on its own but eveb better with sourdough and slaw!

    Deeb's smoked brisket is by far the best I've tried in Singapore. Having done his fair share of experimentation, following closely to tips from Aaron Franklin's Masterclass, the brisket is nothing short of amazing. Deeb managed to produce a perfectly smoked masterpiece, juicy, tender and full of flavour from whole wood smoking, and perfect melt-in-your- mouth doneness. This husband and wife synergy is definitely something commendable and I must say they have created the finest smoked brisket you can find in Singapore. Definitely worth your every penny and an absolute must try!
