    They tweeted their recipe a few times since I first purchased. The smoked salmon is juicy and well marinated - differs from the commercially smoked salmon in the market. A versatile salmon that we used over a few session for salad, pizza, rice and freshly baked bread, with the juiciness and flavour all locked in from the beginning of the purchase till the end! Tq for smoking it and for the recommendation!

    This is the 2nd time that i tried the smoked salmon. First time was just a little dry for my liking but after giving feedback to the chefs, they improved tremendously. This time it still has the deeply smoked flavor, well balanced without overpowering. The salmon flesh was also succulent. I don't know how they managed to tweak but it's awesome! Highly recommend this especially if you like seafood and prefers a less "meaty" option

    We were not sure of what to expect but it was fantastic! The smoking process locked in the taste of the salmon along with the sauces and marinade. Needless to say, it was, as with the other meats, devoured in no time
