The smoked salmon is juicy and well marinated – differs from the commercially smoked salmon in the market. A versatile salmon that we used over a few session for salad, pizza, rice and freshly baked bread, with the juiciness and flavour all locked in from the beginning of the purchase till the end! Tq for smoking it and for the recommendation!

First time was just a little dry for my liking but after giving feedback to the chefs, they improved tremendously. This time it still has the deeply smoked flavor, well balanced without overpowering. The salmon flesh was also succulent. I don’t know how they managed to tweak but it’s awesome! Highly recommend this especially if you like seafood and prefers a less “meaty” option
